Turquoise Waterfall for The Manor Glasshouse

Continuing from our last blog post, we're moving on to style another venue in The Manor, the lovely Glasshouse, filled with floor to ceiling windows and natural sunlight!

This time, we're adopting a traditional Akad wedding ceremony filled with yet another pop of colour. You might’ve noticed by now, we absolutely love using colour! Which two combinations are we using, you ask?

Dominantly decorated with tones of turquoise and yellow, here's the breathtaking results of the beautiful mash of colours and flowers installation.

Starting this blog post with an invitation suite by the talented @papeworks!

Choosing to keep this set a little bit muted, they splendidly created this set we’re so in love with! Look at the details with the envelope liner, and the transparent vellum that just elevates the look, while keeping the main invitation simple with plenty of white space.

When you’re obsessed with details, you can really see all the effort that goes into each invitation suite! Shoutout again to @papeworks for this wonderful piece of art!

To elevate The Glasshouse, we chose to create a lush floral installation instead of a huge backdrop which would block the view of the vertical gardens behind.

Keeping it modern by using dyed Amaranthus as the decor focal point, we had this stunning draping installation behind the Akad table. Wanting to infuse some traditional touch, @rumahkampungdecor made use of patterned tablecloths and Turkish carpets to create such a statement.

Overall we wanted to keep the ceremony decor with a modern touch, with a traditional twist, and our concept was beautifully brought to life by @rumahkampungdecor

Making use of tall vases and mirror elements paired with overflowing flower installations, the Glasshouse seemed like it was filled with decoration everywhere as the mirrors reflect the colourful corners.

Against the all white backdrop, the colours and decoration surely had a huge part in making the whole atmosphere livelier! Huge shoutout to the whole @rumahkampungdecor team for creating such eye pleasing decoration.

When we think cake, we think of Sweetsalt! We briefed the Sweetsalt team for a waterfall turquoise concept, and this is what they came up with.

This stunning cake was beautifully executed by @sweetsalt.id, with a modern 5 tiered cake, adorned with tiny clusters of sugar flowers in turquoise, matching the entire decoration concept very well!

Simple emboss elements were added to the cake to add dimension, like the panels in each cake tier, making for a classic twist to the otherwise all white wedding cake 🤍

Keeping this blog entry short and sweet, thats all for this event! Signing out till we meet again in another blog!
