Set in the newest hotel in Jakarta, The Langham boasts a classical interior ballroom with touches of gold and white settings. Perfect for our couple's wedding theme and decor!

We're so excited to start this story as picture choosing for this entry already had us head over heels in love!

Let's get going with the stationery first! This invitation by @papeworks is nothing but beautiful, showcasing their love for anything classic & timeless by playing with cursive fonts & incorporating vintage feels. Their pre-wedding shot was also included as a hint of what to expect in their wedding reception. Lovely 🤍

Moving on to the happiest bride in her morning beauty shoot session.

Since your wedding will be one of the most unforgettable days of your life, you have to make sure you feel gorgeous from the moment it begins. That’s why bridal robe is one of our favourite must-haves on D day.

She was wrapped in this customised robe by @jeantirtamarta, Claudia looked so dreamy! The ultimate key to a dreamy look is the presence of tulle skirt, while the lace top adds a bit of classic touch, while still keeping things alluring ✨

Long sleeve turtle neck wedding dress for the holy matrimony look of Claudia - simply the definition of classic. The combination of the baroque pattern with pearl button detail is the perfect cherry on top! Showing you more pictures of this beauty..

Made intricately by Yefta Gunawan, we simply swooned at this beauty! The combination of lace and satin material never gets old.

Onto our bridesmaids detail, they were all beautifully dressed in satin sage green, matching perfectly with the muted decor themes of all white!

One of the most popular choices for the classic bride, the all white peonies for her bouquet! We're so lucky these beauties were in season just in time for R&C's wedding! Fully bloomed florals by Flore Bastille.

Dominantly white with hints of blues, for R&C's beautiful blessing ceremony! Incorporating the phrase, "something blue", we wanted to showcase blue florals between the timeless whites!

Congratulations Reiner & Claudia for finally tying the knot! Let's move on to the most anticipated part of the day, their reception!

As our bride got ready for reception, we saw another stunning look..

The long sleeve top was detached and revealed a sleek tube top inside, creating a different look! Adoring the captivated brocade detail on the edge of the dress made by Yefta Gunawan. The addition of small accessories will also give a significant touch - like this white gloves which makes everything looks so pure and everlasting. To complete the look, Claudia was holding a combination of white orchid and blush rose for a classic yet sophisticated impression. We added more colour to the bouquet to give variation compared to the morning look, stunner by Plum and Peach Floral 😍

Moving on....

Foyer area in a ballroom wedding is often perceived as an area that has to be heavily decorated and covered. Yes that's true for some of the cases, but not for The Langham.

Besides boasting an all new white interior, the presence of sunlight entering the space makes the foyer looks more shining! Just touching the area up with some nice floral arrangements, and the entire space was beautified!

We wanted to have a focal point at the end of The Langham's long foyer, so together with Royal Design, we installed a simple arch backdrop with floral arrangements in the inner corners. Of course, all the florals had to be all white, and to give the backdrop a twist, mixed medias were used to get the wash out texture and look. Oh, so dreamy to be walking through this entire photogenic foyer!

When our couple made their grand entrance into the ballroom, a small backdrop was there to ensure their grand entrance would be very picture worthy without the distractions of the ballroom walls. We always love concepting an entrance gate or backdrop, as it enables the whole areas to be decorated in one harmony!

Entering the ballroom, you’ll spot the all white flowers blending in beautifully amongst the all grey ornaments and interiors.

Picking hydrangea, baby’s breath, phalaenopsis, and rose for the arrangements definitely make these all white centrepieces stand out despite the classic colour!

Modern transparent candelabra was also added to the table as the perfect pair to these white blossoms✨

The focal part of the bridal stage was inspired by Palace of Fine Art in San Francisco - the exact spot of our couple's Pre wedding session. San Francisco is one of the cities that holds a special place in the couple’s heart, as this is the city where they met for the first time.

To be specific, we took the inspiration to create the pillars, but tweaking it a little bit for a more modern vibes and suitable for a wedding party! The main backdrop was then partially covered up with lots of flowers to enrich the decoration.

The white orchids made such a huge and classical statement, definitely the perfect bloom for all weddings! Everything was so timeless and beautifully brought to life by Royal Design.

The bridal table was covered in classic white, with a reflective mirror top to create a modern look. Beautiful grey and white tableware graced the bridal area, and tied everything together perfectly!

Another stunning piece from R&C's reception, is this cake by Le Novelle!

The slim shaped 7-tier wedding cake is a proof that less is more - nailed it by just playing with one type of ornament! However this accessory surely took lots of effort and skilled handiwork. 🤍
