Billy & Enrica was truly an epitome of Behind the Vows! They trusted us for everything related to their wedding needs, from their pre-wedding shoots, to the engagement ceremony, and finally their big day! We will definitely miss all our sessions with them, but we're so excited to show you their wedding!
This was another pandemic wedding, with the couple changing venues because the previous one couldn't accommodate their requests due to Covid restrictions.
We just got to say this definitely even better!
Set in the heart of South Jakarta, The Manor boasts a classic modern exterior, with grand marble finishes throughout, and features a large garden space used for B&E's wedding reception.
A combination of yellows with the ever classic monochrome colour palette was set for B&E's wedding mood. Previously we didn't see a lot of yellow weddings, so we were thrilled when the couple loved the idea..
When we decided their colour palette back a year ago, we knew that bright colours are gonna be the trend in 2021! Plus its actually the shade that defines our bride really well. She’s just the perfect definition of yellow; cheerful and happy go lucky! We then combined it with a monochrome palette to keep it looking classic.
Despite the sudden changes, everything turned out perfectly according to plan. We can't contain our excitement anymore, read on to see how we styled our one of the favourite weddings!
We absolutely adore this invitation by Papeworks. They incorporated garden theme and fabric pattern of the wedding dress into this beautiful canvas printed envelope. The main invitation is made from 5mm thickness yellow acrylic, making this invitation a big clue for all the guests that the wedding will be all about yellow..
Stationeries wouldn’t be complete without a personalised calligraphy! This beautiful set is from Meili Fluous,@meili.fluous featuring a set of vow book and calligraphed handwritten lyric of the couple’s favourite love song 🤍
For her morning robe, we collaborated with Tiffany Liem to create stunning a stunning pleated dress for her beauty shoot. We especially wanted the draping effect so we chose for a heavy fabric that emphasises the pleats cutting! Love how her robe turned out so beautifully, it could even pose for a simple wedding dress.
To accessorise her bun, we chose this silver leaves and pearls headpiece from Ayyara, twirling beautifully around her up-do.
Meanwhile, the groom and his squad suiting up to fetch the bride.
To achieve a minimalist morning look, together with Yogie Pratama, we decided an H line cut wedding gown with sheer sleeves for the Holy Matrimony dress. Another unique design is the deep V back of her dress, making her look sexy but still respectful at the same time.
To add more bling, each dress was fully beaded from head to toe, resulting in a beautiful feminine gown, fit for Billy & Enrica's big day.
Billy bought upon a full white tulips bouquet for their first meeting! The classic white tulip bouquet can never go wrong..
Off to church they go!
We reached out to House of Papeterie for all their stationery needs, including a customised Holy Matrimony book and menu cards (to be shown later!)
Loving the modern design which showcases their concept perfectly.
The first walk as husband and wife. We're truly happy for you and can't wait for reception!
Before that, we held a mini photo session with the bridal party in the Glasshouse Pavilion, a beautiful place filled with all white and classic setting.
Enrica's bridesmaid boxes were different from the usual boxes, she customised individual houndstooth tote bags for each of her girls, what a dream!
There’s only one word to describe the bridesmaids look: DREAMY! Yup, we particularly asked them to wear this olive green tulle dress to balance out the bright colour palette. Don’t you agree that the muted colour of the bridesmaid dress is just the perfect filler to the wedding? We love how they stood out amongst everything, but still not looking too much!
Along with Lily of the Alley Florals, we derived this cute flower circles for the bridesmaids to hold. Made from calla lilies and yellow fillers, these were definitely the perfect accessory to glam up the bridesmaids!
We're in love with the bride's bouquet! With draping orchids and lush yellow fillers, this was definitely an anti-mainstream bouquet for our beautiful bride.

A final full squad shot before the reception!
Now onto the Chinese Tea Pai ceremony, together with Royal Design Decor, we came up with this chinoiserie set adorned with pink florals. We got the modern twist along with some traditional elements. Major love!
Moving on to the reception prep, Enrica had another dress specially designed for the evening session. Also by Yogie Pratama, we were absolutely mesmerised with this dress. Featuring geometric glitter lace, along with a nude base to match her skin tone. When the spotlight hits her, she literally shone bright like a diamond!
Let’s move on to another highlight of the wedding - the decoration, by Royal Design!
As we mentioned earlier the main hues we used for B & E wedding day are black, white and yellow, with a touch of green! The black & white colours are inspired from the couple’s love for something timeless and classic, which also reflected from the venue chosen: Manor Andara.
Throughout the whole wedding decor, you can spot acrylic vases, acrylic centrepieces, along with hues of black chairs, mixed with a modern yellow and green floral arrangements.
The bird's eye view of the decor, we came up with the idea to construct white rectangle arches with floral arrangements, along with a mirror table for a modernised feel. Hanging above, are circular domes with floral arrangements to liven up the ceiling area.
Every detail matters - so does the table settings! These pretty show-plates were from Chrysos Home, and complemented by the place card that was made from yellow acrylic, which resulted in an outstanding impression.
Another tip from us: if you’re having a beautiful ceiling decoration, it would be very eye pleasing to use a mirror top table as you can enjoy the view while enjoying your dinner! Trust us you won’t regret it :)
Presenting our personal favourite, the monochromatic dance floor! Truly a showstopper of the night.
Instead of the usual one solid colour, we mixed these two colours to create this geometric pattern. Simple, but when done correctly, flooring makes a difference!
We love how the dance floor, matched with the yellow flower holos, make the entire look complete.
Finally, this amazing cake from Sweet Salt! This 5 tiered beauty adorned with yellow ruffles and black velvet ribbons really caught our eye! Keeping the look classic with sugar flowers, but modern at the same time with twists of frills and black ribbons.
For an added touch to the decoration, Royal Design added fresh floral arrangements to an existing water fountain, so that when the couple made their entrance, it would look perfect on their snapshots!
Can you spot the beautiful fountain decor? Really makes a difference, doesn't it?
We'd like to dedicate a huge shout out and appreciation for Royal Design. Together with them, we turned B&E's concept to a beautiful reality. Their team carefully curated every single details from flowers down to materials, resulting in such amazing artworks.
Wrapping up this post, we'd like to share some moments which we loved from the wedding. All pictures beautifully shot by Jo from Calia Photos.
See how the decor ambience totally changed during the evening? With new shadows and lights, the decor took a turn into something more elegant and mysterious.. We're digging both morning and evening decoration concepts!
