Bringing greeneries to a luxury ballroom? You dream it, we can do it!
This fun filled luxury garden wedding incorporates vibrant yellows, corals, and peaches throughout, particularly in the reception decor and ambience.
With a special attention to their wedding details, we managed to transform their entire reception area into a modern, and lush garden.
Let's rewind time and go back to December 12, the most special day for Gunawan & Sharon.
Bespoke invitation suite for the couple by Grace and Truly. We love the amount of detail that went into this piece. The terracotta ribbons and finishing gold foil just complement her calligraphy style!
Our team approached the whole flat lay styling using only yellow flower petals as a focal piece, resulting in a minimalist and classic look.
More stationary looks from G&S's big day!
Showcasing the menu cards for tonight's reception, we picked out a design with round edges and completed with gold foil details for each guest. We also took the liberty of aligning the design of the souvenir boxes, so they would be in one theme with the entire wedding.
Understated elegance.
Snippets of the morning robe, a simple flowy dress that highlights the gracefulness of our bride.
With her long tulle veil behind her, she truly looks glowing today!
And here she is having fun with her bridesmaids! Guess what she's carrying?
Bucket bags! The bride deliberately chose textured brown colours for the buckets to mimic the brown wooden logs, as if the bags were cut straight from the tree, in line with the garden theme.
Very atypical from the usual bridesmaid boxes, we love!
Sharon wanted something different for her wedding dress and because she’s a fan of an asymmetric dress, thus we came up with this idea of off-the-shoulder asymmetrical wedding dress! For the fabric, Inezia Chrizita came up with these bunch of 3D flower fabric that is put together to construct the top part of the dress. And the result…. a unique, one of a kind dress for Sharon's holy matrimony look.
Meanwhile, our groom and groomsmen were busy preparing before fetching the bride!
What a cute, heartwarming scene! You can clearly see how close they are to each other. How nice, a wedding filled with the laughs and love of your closest friends and family.
The wait is over! The groom finally meeting the bride, and bringing along a minimalist all white and green bouquet to exchange for his boutonniere.
Heading up to Holy Matrimony ceremony, we're in awe of the stunning hanging flowers greeting our bridal party!
Inside the church details.. The church was decorated in hues of white, green, and peaches. We especially loved the whole look with the Phalaenopsis orchids, bringing a draping theme around the altar table.
Our newlyweds in a fun filled couple session before the evening reception.
For the evening reception, Inezia Chrizita changed the top part of the dress, into a stunning cape dress, which changed the total vibe! From romantic and elegant to sexy and sophisticated. Sharon's hair and makeup also contributed to the whole 180 degree change from morning to night!
Bride bouquet by Floralchemy, mixes wild coral peonies, ranunculus, and various wildflowers to match the entire bright garden theme.
Onto the reception details...
Oh! The hanging salmon tulips really caught our eye! Guests were greeted with this smiling beauties along the photo gallery area.
Our favourite part was definitely the wedding backdrop. A wide and grand garden stage, fully covered in greens and beautiful flowers was constructed in the middle of the ballroom.
Flowers in corals, yellows, and peaches, filled up the decor, making for a very luxurious and brings a different mood to the typical ballroom wedding.
We also opted for wide melamine white flooring to make the place look more spacious & clean.
The bridal table was filled with fresh blooms of bright colours, making us can't help but smile, seeing this very vibrant choice of colours.
Each guest table was accompanied by a tall centrepiece matching with the garden theme, and for personalisation, each guest was given name place cards and menu book to complete their experience.
No celebration is complete without a cake!
G&S's wedding cake was a 5 tiered white cake with sugar flowers in different colour and textures.
A classic design, but with a twist in colours. Perfectly fitting for our very jolly couple!
Last but not the least, here are some snippets of the happy moments that evening.
Finally, the kiss to seal the marriage!
Under the gardens, and in front of so many beautiful flowers, there's no better place to have your wedding kiss!
Congratulations Gunawan and Sharon! Thank you for trusting us to style your wedding, and we wish you a very happy marriage ahead!
