Lush Gardens for Vicario & Tasia's Wedding

Updated: Apr 1, 2022

2021 ain't stopping our couples' love journeys! Another beautifully set up wedding for Vicario & Natasia. Held in the iconic Grand Hyatt semi outdoor space, the Residence on Five, we came up with this lush garden concept with plenty of colours and blooms, just like how our bride loves.

Fun fact, Tasia had engaged us to style their pre-wedding concept also a year back, and we're so excited to share their wedding day! It's always such a pleasure to see our couples get their happy ending.

Enough intro, let's start this wedding series with the stationery details, this time especially illustrated by Aimee Willow Designs.

From the very beginning of the wedding planning, Tasia has always been a huge admirer of her. Incorporating chinoiserie, flowers, and the iconic Hyatt building into one resulting in this edgy & sophisticated artwork. 😍

Sneak peek at the colour palette, we're going to be incorporating many shades of greeneries, and a plethora of floral colours. We can't wait to show more..

Here, we also engaged House of Papeteries for custom menu! Love how the edges of the circular menu were laser cut to mimic petals! The place cards were attached together with the menu with a gold paperclip, to create that modern feel.

Watch in pictures, how our bride got ready for the day. These pictures are simply stunning, credit to David Salim Photography and Redy Adhytama for these gorgeous shots.

This Bramanta Wijaya Intimate dress robe is the perfect attire to complete Tasia’s morning prep session. Loving the sheer feather-like fabric of the dress giving that alluring vibes to our bride.

Simultaneously, the empire cut of the dress with the combination of the strappy back detail successfully contributed a balanced proportion on the playful side 🤩

Don't you agree that Tasia looks radiant in her robe? The long tulle veil definitely keeps it classic, accompanying her throughout the day.

We're so mesmerised by this shot. Mysterious, but our bride's infectious happy mood and smile made us love this scene even more!

From our very first encounter with Tasia, on her pre wedding session, we knew that she's a big fan of statement ribbon! Matching with her cheerful personality, surely ribbon is a unique feature that should be presented on her wedding dress as well.

Opting for the classic silk white dress allowed us to incorporate a big ribbon on the back, which acted as the statement of the dress! Big thanks to Bramanta Wijaya for perfectly integrating what we wanted into this piece. Complemented with Sisy Makeup's magic hand, our bride looks so radiant on this joyous day.

What's better than having your favourite squad beside you during the happiest day of your life? Her bridesmaids welcomed and showered Tasia with so much love!

Thoughtful handwritten notes and illustration were given as a token of appreciation to all her girls! We always recommend going the DIY route for a meaningful and personal touch.

To coordinate with the colourful decoration - and of course to stand out, we opted for this ‘baroque rose’ shade for the bridesmaid dresses. We specifically picked the satin material to achieve the most accurate colour, enough to compliment the decor and the bride.

Peach and mustard bouquet were chosen for the bridesmaids accessory to compliment the gardens concept we came up with.

Not only focusing on the bride’s appearance, here we also pay attention on your bridesmaid’s look as well. Making sure your bridesmaids are looking prime is one of our priorities, because at the end of the day they're your precious companions in your journey!

No matter how many times we've witnessed this, we're always a sucker for the first encounters! That's how emotionally invested we are at your special day 😂.

We accompanied our couple to their beauty shoot around the hotel areas before their ceremony, and no matter how hot you might feel during the shoots, the results are super worth it! Can't stress the importance of having a photographer whose style you love on your big day!

Tasia wanted an all white classic bouquet, hence white carnations and white oxypetalum florals were used to create this piece. Everything about her look oozed elegance and classic bride, combination that never gets old.

Onto the part we're most excited! The entire reception decor setup, let's take a virtual tour from their guests point of view.

Upon entry, guests were greeted with an acrylic welcome signage with florals. Registration tables were chosen in aged wood to further compliment the garden vibes.

The main entrance to the reception venue were filled with greenery hedges and filled with colourful florals, allowing for the natural look.

Close up on the arrangement by the entrance, these large installations by Stupacaspea Decor team. This set up is everything we’ve imagined for V & N, and they realised it astonishingly! Adoring each of the stem, and especially how the colour palette is perfectly reflected here, with a greenery base and tons of colourful florals.

The large standing florals were also present inside the reception area, making the place seem full with decoration at every corner.

Talking about the main features, who doesn’t agree the flower arrangement itself was inherently unique - from the colour choices down to the flower selections?! 😍

To begin with, Tasia had two specific requests for her decoration. First, she wanted her wedding to look colourful; concurrently not looking too overwhelming. Second, she’d love to have lots of greeneries; synchronously not looking rustic.

Combining these two requests were tricky but as you can see, the result is just wow! It was spread all over the room, including all the floral centrepieces, entrance, and also the backdrop. These are definitely not your ordinary flower arrangement!

Topping off the table decor, mustard tablecloths were selected, along with golden reflective chairs for the elegant look.

The full view of the decoration’s ambiance!

Here you are able to see the main features of the decoration, which are the backdrop. Since the timing was close, we also used this backdrop for the Teapai ceremony.

Taking a closer look, the backdrop has matching chinoiserie pattern, polished with 3D hexagon tiles! These 3D hexagon tiles were crafted beautifully to create the 3D effects we desired, bringing much dimension to the backdrop.

After the Teapai ceremony, mirrored bridal tables were placed in front of the backdrop. Talk about multifunction!

We simply adore how the floral arrangements were at this wedding! Not many florists can pull off this natural wild look, with the exact ratio. Another appreciation for the Stupacaspea Team!

Beautifully detailed tablescape! We got this beautiful tableware from Semeja, which is just a perfect fit to V&N’s wedding concept!

Another centrepiece in front, the wedding cake! For the bride’s love of chinoiserie, integrating the pattern on the cake is definitely a must - making it blended with the backdrop nicely! Thank you Ivoire Cake for creating this piece for us, it just fitted flawlessly! 😍😍

Thank you Vicario & Tasia, kicking off from the Prewed giveaway session to trusting us in handling your big day, it was such a pleasure for us🤍

May your love grow deeper every day!
