WEDDING STYLIST

 

If you’re a fun, creative individual who has a passion in styling a wedding!

​

Job Descriptions:

  • Generate project mood-boards

  • Generate creative ideas, contribute in strategic direction and execute creative works

  • Create a detailed project plan to track progress 

  • Execute all projects in timely manner, within scope, and meet expectations

  • Act as an art director during photoshoot/ wedding day, and able to work independently & collaboratively with other vendors

  • To consistently create high quality standard of visual outcomes

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, passionate, creative, energetic, organised, and detail oriented

  • Has styling related experience

  • Aware of the latest wedding and fashion knowledge/ trends

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Must be familiar with Adobe Creative Suites programs (Photoshop/ Illustrator) and Microsoft Power Point

  • Must be familiar with digital products (Google Drive, Dropbox, Trello, Website maker, etc)

  • Adaptability in working with multiple projects and tight deadlines

  • Positive and can-do attitude is also a must

  • Early riser is a plus

PROJECT MANAGER

 

If you’re an energetic and well organised individual who wants to learn about wedding industry!

Job Descriptions:

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

  • Organising and planning meetings

  • Conducting or preparing any research that the projects may require

  • Various ad hoc requests

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet expectations

  • Developing project scopes and objectives

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, passionate, creative, energetic, organised, and detail oriented

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office 

  • Must be familiar with digital products (Google Drive, Dropbox, Trello, etc)
